Statement for Parents

Per our Terms of Service, Capalls is built for players age 13 and older. Efforts are made to make the site playable and safe for the widest age range possible, but it cannot be simplified to the point where it becomes too easy for our intended age group, and some systems and concepts may be difficult for younger players to grasp.

It is expected that those playing are old enough to understand concepts such as copyright infringement (art theft) and proper etiquette when interacting on forums and in chat rooms. We are always happy to educate younger players on these Internet basics, but breech of our Terms of Service in these areas will result in the same consequences that have been established for any other player of the site. If your child is not old enough to fully understand these concepts, he or she should be accompanied by an adult while playing the site.
