Before you use this site, you should understand a few general concepts.

- If you get stuck, click the horse logo at the top to reload the game and start again.
- If you use Microsoft Windows, make sure your system is free of malware. Try scanning with SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and AVG Free Edition.
- Try clearing your temporary internet files (cache) if the site doesn't want to update. (ie only issue)
- Try a different web browser, with all the options you must not limit yourself to only one browser. We recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera. Internet Explorer is not recommended due to its continued neglect of web standards...
